This makes just a little bit of dressing, perfect in the quantities listed for a single person or a household where you're the only salad eater! I enjoy the flavor of the honey and the mustard. Some may want to add more soy flavor. You could also use liquid aminos in place of the soy sauce, in fact, I think I'll try that next time.
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Mix ingredients.
- Chill if desired and serve.
- Makes 4 2 tablespoon servings.
