I use this wonderful dressing often. Found it on the web, but I know not where.

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar with a tight fitting lid or in a blender and shake or blend well until combined; Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

This is delicious. I love how thick it gets. Olive oil in the refrigerator gets too thick, I may try it with vegetable oil instead.... or just deal with it because it soooo good! : )

Very easy to do with a great taste too!! It was great over greens but I think this could be used as a sweet and sour sauce for numerous dishes. Thanks Beve.

I made the mistake of not blending this well, and actually got nauseated. lol I put it in the fridge (where it thickened a bit), and then stirred it really well and tried again, and it was wonderful. This was the first time I've ever MADE a salad dressing and always purchased it, so if you're a first timer, just make sure you really do blend it well. The oil (DUH) has a habit of sitting on the top if you don't, and your tummy won't be happy with that first taste. Thanks, Beve, for a keeper for me.
