I needed to use up about 1 pound of ground pork (I think I probably should have used more ground pork - but this worked for us), so tried this recipe and I am glad I did. I used skim milk instead of 2% and the mixture seemed kindof liquidy so I added more bread. Served with rice and mixed vegetables for a wonderful dinner. Thanks for sharing!

  1. mix first 6 ingredients and make into 12 meatballs.
  2. place in baking dish.
  3. mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
  4. bake at 325F for 4o minutes.
