Sweet and Sour Pork Chops (Gluten Free)

This is a simple and delicious dinner. All you have to do is prepare rice and you have a wonderful meal. This is my brother's favourite pork chops. It's a great way to get kids to eat vegetables because they are covered in a sweet sauce! Enjoy!

  1. Heat oil at medium-high in large skillet.
  2. Add chops and cook until browned;set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Combine broth, brown sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar in skillet.
  4. Heat to a boil, stirring often.
  5. Add chops, pineapples, and pepper chunks.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer covered, until chops and vegetables are cooked through- about 15 minutes, stirring often.
  7. Serve with rice.

Really easy to make but i felt like it was missing something, The fiance loved it.

Great, taste-filled recipe. Because the peppers were not in the ingredient list, I just used one each of red and green pepper. I also chopped up half an onion to add in. Used apple cider vinegar instead of white, which worked well. Thank you for a great recipe :)
