A great pickle relish for hot dogs, pasta salads, or even tuna salad.

Very good. I added 1 T of crushed red pepper to kick up the heat. The flavors are much better after a day or two. Next time, I am not going to use as much garlic as I felt it overpowered the flavor of the sweet and sour. Thanks for posting.

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in the refrigerator at least 24 hours prior to serving so that the flavors will blend.
