This is a great sweet and tasty mustard !! It reminded me of some of those fancy mustards that are sold in gourmet stores ! It is very easy to make and , I have been requested to make it more than once !!
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cider or 1⁄2 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs, beaten
