Great meatballs. My family loved it.

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs and salt and pepper.
  2. Put into meatballs.
  3. Sauté the meatballs until browned on all sides.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the water, vinegar, ketchup, cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce.
  5. Pour over the meatballs, and allow sauce to thicken.
  6. Continue to cook until thickened.
