Sweet and Sour Meatballs

These take time to prepare but are well worth it. Leftovers are just as great!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix ground beef, eggs, corn flakes, parsley flakes, pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder, ketchup, and minced onions.
  2. Form into small balls.
  3. Place in single layer in 9x13 pan.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients for sauce over low heat.
  5. Pour over meatballs.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
