  1. Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, seasonings and onion. Make small meatballs.
  2. Heat chili sauce, jelly, and lemon juice in a heavy skillet until blended. Add meatballs, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer , stirring frequently.
