Easy side-dish recipe with lots of flavor. Even people who claim they don't like sauerkraut will like this.
- 3 cans bavarian sauerkraut, do not drain (I use Bush's brand)
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, do not drain
- 1 (12 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 lb bacon
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cut the bacon into pieces and fry; drain.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and bake uncovered 1 hour.
