This goes great on leafy green salads with crispy bacon and toasted pine nuts with perhaps a little cheese.
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- Whisk ingredients together or combine in blender, adding oil slowly.
- Use on salads as desired.
