Tastes delicious! The only thing I changed was instead of cooking the spices and then cooking the chicken, I marinaded the chicken in the spices for a good hour, just to make the taste a little more intense! But a brilliant recipe!
This was a fantastic curry! It's so quick and easy to put together. We loved the smooth, rich flavour. Very well balanced dish. Thanks Brian H!
My goodness Brian you truely enjoy your curry!!! Where I live its hard to find good curry, so I have to make do with what ever I can find. Chutney is another product hard to find, infact i could'nt find it, but the receipe turned out good anyways. I AGREE with the rest "WONDERFUL"
To cream or not to cream! That is the question!! Well come on Mrs MM, sometimes we just have to say SOD the calories and stick to the mans recipe! I have to admit that seconds before adding the cream I had to try it, and it was GOOD. I think its down to preference. But NO FAT yoghurt?? Don´t you know that this never mixes as well due to it being made from dried milk powder. Brian, just one word..wonderful.
Oh my!!! Well, if you wanna try this dish, come to our house, because I'm sure we'll make it several times a month. It is 4 stars for us on a combo of ease and taste. It is SO simple to make- SO SO simple. And the taste is lovely. I liked the departure from the onions, coriander, etc that is in almost everything Indian. I was afraid DH would think it too sweet, but he didn't. It is a really great dish. I did thighs, next time will try breasts. Also- I used nonfat yogurt and the texture was dreamy. Also, I omitted the coriander leaves and the cream. Thank you BrianH!!!!!
