  1. Place vegetables in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add Tapioca.
  3. Add chicken next.
  4. Add pineapple chunks.
  5. Mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, tamari sauce, garlic and ginger in a medium bowl.
  6. Pour into crock pot.
  7. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Enjoy!
