Very nice. Used this to finish off a roast turkey. Was a hit. Looks like I've got a new 'go-to' recipe for using up cooked poultry. Both my kids also asked to have the recipe added to the recipe binders I created for them. Thanks.

  1. Drop each chicken chunk into hot oil and fry until golden. Takes about 6 minutes.
