Wonderful, just make sure to peel the stalks otherwise stringy and tough.
I will never again throw away a broccoli stalk. They are truly crunchy and delicious...especially when made with these seasonings. Two broccoli stalks was just not enough for us little piggys, so I used some of the flowerettes as well. It was perfectly flavored for our taste using 4 tablespoons vinegar. You can count on us making this as one of our most favorite ways to eat broccoli.
I never knew these things were edible. In fact, they're quite tasty!!
