This is my favorite topping for meatloaf. It is good for basting before and during cooking and also for serving at the table for those who like more sauce.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- If you plan to serve some at the table, set it aside before you baste the raw meatloaf.
- Baste meatloaf before and during cook time.
So easy to make! I would recommend more vinegar if you are using an organic speciality brand ketchup. Personally I will cut sugar in half next time as it was a little on the sweet side for our dish.
