I will eat brussels sprouts any time....but these are really delicious. I did cut the olive oil a bit, and added some extra balsamic vinegar. Loved the dijon mustard in this...thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Thanks, Jackie, for this great recipe! I'm one of those who'll eat Brussels sprouts plain, if I have to, but jazzed up, as in this recipe, they're VERY, VERY SATISFYING! I did, however, steam my sprouts rather than boil them, & then only until they were just barely tender! Absolutely loved the combo of syrup, mustard & berries with the sprouts! [Tagged & made as a reward because she put together a special cookbook for the PRMR Holiday Special]
