Got a couple of boring white fish fillets and want to jazz them up without spending hours in the kitchen? This is delicious (and lives up to its name!). Excellent with Chilean sea bass ... delicious results with salmon as well! And packaged in a pretty jar, it makes a nice gift for a special seafood lover!

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and use as a rub for firm white fish such as Chilean sea bass or orange roughy, or also wonderful with salmon.
  2. Grill, broil, bake or pan-fry fish as usual.

Nice rub - fulfills the sweet and hot expectations for sure! I omitted the salt and pan-fried the fish in non-stick cooking spray. I served it with a salsa-type salad with corn, tomato, green pepper, onion, and parsley, which was delicious all together. Thank you for sharing!
