Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups blanched almonds, slivered
  • 1 cup white grape juice or 1 cup filtered apple juice


  1. In blender pulse almonds until they are a fine meal.
  2. Add 1/2 cup juice. Blend to paste. Scrape down sides of blender and make sure the almonds at the bottom are incorporated.
  3. Add the remaining juice and blend till smooth.
  4. The better the blender, the smoother the cream.
