Made this salad and brought to our weekly Sunday family dinner. It was a hit! I used half dill and half parsley.
What a delicious dressing! It's such a fresh tasting salad with the scallions and celery tops (had to use the celery tops, since in my Scandinavian family we never waste them!) The hint of mustard in the dressing is so different and good. This easily scaled down to one serving, although after tasting it I know my kids would have eaten it too. Thanks for sharing this one!

This is sooooooo OMG sooooo good!!!! My eyebrows were raised while making the dressing but it is fabulous!! The whole dish is delicious! I used dill & a bit too much scallion because I like it that way! Thanks for a great recipe!!
What a brilliant salad dressing! This was soooo good, I followed the recipe exactly for once, using parsley, and couldn't stop eating the dressing right off the salad! Pefect proportion for the ingredients, I can't wait to make this again in summer! Thanks Bec!
