      Hi there, these are really nice cookies. I used butter rather than marg, and coconut to roll them in, I didn't have any red jam so I used yellow, and I think they look kind of pretty. They are a very crispy cookie, very short, and you don't want just one you want more. I could of been really greedy but I resisted after the three you see on the plate. Thank you for posting. Made for ZWT#6 2010.
