      Crumble and brown the sausage. Drain and reserve the drippings.
    2. 2
      Add browned sausage, potatoes, egg, and about a tablespoon of drippings in a bowl. Add salt to taste.

      Form into 4 patties, and fry in some of the reserved drippings, browning both sides (add some vegetable oil, if needed).

      Serve hot.

      These were tasty, but the pattys did not hold together very well. We ate them, but not really worth the hassle. Made for ZWT6.

      I made this as directed.But after mixing everything together,I found out that I needed to add almost 1/2 cup of bread crumbs to able to make patties.Also I added more salt,also added about 3/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.And the taste wasn't what my SO and I expected,but thank you for posting. "Keep Smiling :)"
