My grandmother's recipe


  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Heat skillet.
  3. Pour batter into skillet.
  4. When batter starts to bubble, flip pancake.
  5. Flip once more.
  6. Pancakes should be a light yellow or golden brown when done.

This was simple and easy to make but I did think it lack that rising agent (baking powder and/or baking soda). I also found the batter to liquid and it took some time for it to fry in the pan.
