- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
directions
- Blend liquid ingredients together in a blender.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Blend until batter is smooth.
- Pour on griddle.
- When bubbles appear on top, flip and brown on the other side.
- Serve warm.
- Top with desired toppings. (Whipped cream, fruit, syrup, powdered sugar or fruited yogurt.)(optional).
