My parents recipe. Thin and good
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Heat cast iron skillet over medium to medium high heat, add a drop of oil.
- pour small amount of mixture into skillet.
- lift skillet and rotate batter until thin.
- Use metal spatula and flip pancake once middle starts to look dry.
- cook for about another minute.
- remove from pan.
