Great with fruit or alone with butter and syrup.

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add each ingredient, one at a time.
  3. Beat well after each addition.
  4. Fry on medium high heat in a nonstick pan no more than 3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with butter, syrup or fruit.
