- For Cake, mix the first 7 ingredients together VERY WELL by hand.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350*.
- Mix all Frosting ingredients together and spread on cake after it cools.
I also used a 9x13 dish. Everyone at work loved it. Not overly sweet and since not everyone likes nuts, I just sprinkled the nuts on top of the frosting instead of mixing in. The frosting was everyone's favorite.
Very nice recipe and easy to make. Would have been nice to have known the size cake pan to use (I used a 9x13)
