This is a very tasty recipe. It made enough that I could freeze some to put in my spaghetti next week.

Easy to make. Very flavorful and moist. The kids and hubby really loved this! I made extra sauce with more bouillon and milk and thickened with flour to pour over pasta. A must try recipe!

  1. Soak crumbs in milk.
  2. Saute onion in butter; add to crumbs.
  3. Add seasonings and mix well with egg, then the ground beef.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Form into 1 inch balls.
  6. Roll in flour.
  7. Saute in butter till brown.
  8. Add 1 cup water with bouillon cubes.
  9. Cover, simmer gently 5 minutes.
  10. Remove meat, thicken broth to make gravy.
  11. Pour over meat balls and serve.
