I made this using 2 tablespoons olive oil because of the healthier fat then butter. I used maple syrup in place of the maple extract and corn syrup, plain walnuts. Delish. I did grill it 5 minutes per side. Made for ZWT6 Thanks.

I thought this was a "3" in terms of flavor, but a "5" in the cooking technique of 350 degrees for 15 minutes. The salmon came out perfectly. The topping was just a little too sweet for me; I think one could easily omit the corn syrup. ZWT6
