I got this recipe from a school cookbook. My sisters and I love this! It's really good with butter and cinnamon sugar. It's almost like a crepe, but no crepe pan is needed.
- Mix all together until there are no more lumps. Put in hot pan. DO NOT LET IT BROWN! Let it get at least golden brown no darker. Flip it and cook other side. (When you flip it, it may roll. Like a rolled taco shell. It is ok just make sure the inside is cooked.)
- Its done! now put whatever you like on it! Enjoy!
