Taste like an almond shortbread cookie to me! Very easy to make and I especially like that they are bit sized so I can eat more. Made for ZWT6 by an Unruly Under the Influence for Zingo! ZWT 6

These are very good cookies. I love that this recipe is so simple and quick to prepare with no refrigeration or rolling out of dough required. I was a bit leery of using a whole tablespoon of vanilla extract but the result was delicious. Made for ZWT6 ZINGO

These were nice and crisp, I never had wedding cookies as I live in Scotland and we don't have them, so i can't compare but i just know that I liked them a lot. I am quite new to cookie making so it's nice to find another one to add to the list. I will be making them again. I am off to my family get together and I am sure they will be a hit. Thank you for posting. Made for ZWT#6 2010.

These cookies are great!! As mentioned before, they do remind me of a Mexican wedding cookie but more "almondy". Thanks- made for ZWT6 and the Xtra Hot Dishes.

These cookies have a texture similar to Mexican wedding cookies. Great almond flavor. Made for ZWT6.
