Easy no bake cookie/candy confection. Posted per a request on the recipe board.
- 226.79 g butter
- 354.88 ml sugar
- 2 eggs
- 118.29 ml strong cold coffee (instant)
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 236.59 ml cocoa
- 946.36 ml quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Blend in eggs.
- Add coffee, vanilla, and cocoa.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Chill 1 to 2 hours.
- Shape into one-inch balls.
- Roll in sugar.
- Store in air tight container.
- Keep refrigerated.
these were good and really easy to make i made them for my class and everybody loved them i wouldnt put so much coffe in it next time though.

These came out good and were very easy and fun to make. I would suggest using less coffee though. Also, I took Iam's advise and used butter instead of eggs. (This tastes better and also avoids salmanila from the raw eggs.)
