- Cream butter and sugar.
- Blend in eggs.
- Add coffee, vanilla, and cocoa.
- Mix.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Chill 1 to 2 hours.
- Shape into one-inch balls.
- Roll in sugar.
- Store in air tight container.
- Keep refrigerated.
