    This recipe is from a good friend of mine and I had to post it here incase I ever lost the one she wrote me. These are so simple to make and soooo good!

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer until light. Add the sugar and beat until mixed. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until mixed. Pour in to a greased 9X9 pan. Bake for 20-30 mins or until toothpick inserted in to the center comes out clean and edges brown. Allow to cool and cut in to 9 squares.
