I don't have to worry about recipes like this anymore, now that I have measuring 'spoons' that include a smidgen, pinch, dash & tad ~ now measuring's a breeze! Followed the recipe (mostly!) & ingredients listed & ended with a very nice taste treat! Half the recipe I left as sliced 'cookies' but the other half I cut into smaller, crouton-size bites just to see how they'd be! Both ways, very, very nice! Thanks for sharing your 'biscotti' recipe! Loved this!!! I can't wait to have it with coffee in the morning. Just lovely, the almonds and cardamom add just what it needs. Might also be nice with vanilla extract or lemon extract. They are great just the way they are though and I will be making these a lot. Thanks for a keeper! Made for ZWT6 Queens of Quisine!!

ZWT6: The combination of the almonds and exotic cardamom is out of this world!! Excellent with coffee or a nice big glass of milk!
