  • Cut up potatos in bite size peices. Chop onion garlic and celery. Put in large frying pan and add butter sliced in smaller peices.Add Spices. Cook till qnions are soft.Add broth and turkey and cook app 8 minute Add stuffing and cook till potatos are soft.Cook till broth thickens .Serve and enjoy.

  1. I was skeptical with the leftover stuffing but thought I'd go for it, sound better than corn starch turned out good
     
  2. This was great, and will be even better with Thanksgiving leftovers! I used a whole rotisserie chicken that I shredded and Stove Top stuffing. I did add the whole box of stuffing; after I added the 1 cup required and stirred it up the stuffing seemed to disappear. Made for PAC Fall 2011.

I am especially interested in baking and coming up with new recipes. I still like learning from others. I like to find a way to to cut calories , carbs and sugar. Being diabetic and liking sweet things presents me with quite a challenge .
