  1. This is the best recipe for sushi rice I have found. I have an 8 year old that is very particular about her sushi rice. I've tried rice vinegar recipes and she turns them down everytime. This is the only home made recipe she eats.

  2. So much easier than other sushi rice recipes I've made and turned out perfect. Thanks so much for sharing this keeper recipe!

  3. This recipe worked like a charm. I was a little worried when I added the sushi vinegar as it looked like too much liquid, but after cutting it in it was perfect. This tasted so good. I will continue to make sushi at home and this is a great addition to my adventure. Thank you for sharing.

  5. Tonight we made sushi for the first time. It was so much fun! We used Bumblebee Dill Salmon, thin slices of cucumber, carrot, and sticky rice mixed with the sushi rice vinegar on top of seaweed sheets. The kids liked some of of the flavors but not the smell of the sushi vinegar cooking. We all laughed while picking sticky rice off our fingers! Thanks for the recipe!
