- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, unseasoned (su)
- 2 1⁄4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Mix the three ingredients together. Heat stirring frequently, until dissolved. Add to 3 cups of cooked sushi rice and mix gently and well. Ready to use to make your sushi balls or nori rolls.
