Fantastic Recipe . Have served this to numerous friends who have loved it. Tend to use the pickled ginger as a gernish. Definitely worth a 5 star rating Anne (Glasgow)

Perfect... the only thing I changed was omitting the pickled ginger... that's usually not served in the sushi, just next to it. Great recipe!!

Terrific recipe! I made this when my brother was visiting since he's afraid of sushi. We loved this and yes, it really does taste like sushi! :-) Thanks for helping me convince my brother!

Excellent! I could eat just the rice by itself - dh said the same thing. It makes a very attractive dish and would be a great appy at a dinner party. A real conversation piece and very tasty to boot. Even those who turn up their nose at sushi would be able to see that there is no raw fish in this dish and love it.
