"The worlds best peanut butter cookies. Ever. ."

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 20 30
• Serves: 25

ingredients

• 2 1⁄4 cups flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄4 cups brown sugar
• 1 1⁄4 cups white sugar
• 1 cup margarine
• 3 eggs
• 1 1⁄4 cups peanut butter (crunchy if ya like.)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

directions

1. Cream sugars, eggs, margarine.
2. Add peanut butter.
3. In diffrent bowl mix dry things.
4. Add wet to dry.
5. Heat oven to 375.
6. Cook 18-20 minutes.

Wow! You are absolutely correct, they are the best peanut butter cookies!!!! Just the right amount of sugar, too.

Made for PAC, Spring 2007 ~ These cookies tasted pretty good, but definitely aren't the "...world's best..." I could have used less sugar & still made a nice tasting batch. The directions didn't say how much dough to use for each cookie, so I did my usual thing ~ paid no attention & ended up with 38 cookies!
