Suprisingly delicious on greens or on citrus and greens combinations! From "Cooking a la Heart"- Delicious heart healthy recipes from the Mankato Heart Health Program.
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- Mix milk, orange juice concentrate and ginger.
- Shake well before using.
I think everyone should try this!! It is really creamy and very tasty without many calories!! I often use concentrated OJ instead of orange juice. This was great over a green salad and I bet it would be great over noodles or rice too. Thanks Bec
