"Can't even remember when or where I got this recipe but I have enjoyed it since I was little. Not a difficult recipe for kids to make but requires some supervision with the stove top cooking."

• Yields: 1 eight inch square baking pan (depends on size you

• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 3⁄4 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup miniature marshmallow
• 1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
3. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
4. In a medium saucepan, melt butterscotch chips, brown sugar, and butter over medium heat; stirring constantly.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
7. Add flour mixture; mix well.
8. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
9. Spread in prepared pan.
10. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
11. Cool on wire rack.
