- 3 ounces fully cooked smoked turkey sausage, thinly slices
- 1 cup pre-shredded coleslaw mix
- 1⁄2 cup loose-pack frozen cut green beans
- 14 1⁄2 ounces Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups water
- 0.25 (9 ounce) packagerefrigerated mushroom-filled tortellini
- Place everything except tortellini in a stockpot Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. cover and cook for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally and addming more water as needed.
- Stir in tortellini; cover and cook 10 minutes Serve immediately. Garnish with grated carrots, if desired.
