This is an antioxidant rich smoothie that is high in fiber and protein and it tastes great too! Action Whey, Emerald Sea and Rawburst Berry Blend can all be found on this website: Optional Ingredients: Oats – Add a ¼ cup of plain oats for an extra filling nutritious shake with added fiber. Yogurt or Kefir – Add 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened organic yogurt or kefir for additional digestion and cleansing benefits.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 scoop RawBurst, berry blend (Rawburst berry supplement)
  • 1 teaspoon sea vegetables (Emerald Sea supplement)
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (Action Whey)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 12 cup watercress
  • 4 ounces milk or 4 ounces non-dairy milk substitute
  • 2 cups ice


  1. Blend all ingredients except whey protein at high speed setting. Add whey protein and blend at lower speed setting.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
