Yogurt or Kefir – Add 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened organic yogurt or kefir for additional digestion and cleansing benefits.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 scoop RawBurst, berry blend (Rawburst berry supplement)
    • 1 teaspoon sea vegetables (Emerald Sea supplement)
    • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (Action Whey)
    • 1 tablespoon flax seeds or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup watercress
    • 4 ounces milk or 4 ounces non-dairy milk substitute
    • 2 cups ice

    Directions:

      Blend all ingredients except whey protein at high speed setting. Add whey protein and blend at lower speed setting.
