Super Thick Strawberry Smoothies

I don't want to sit around sipping my smoothies through a straw - I want to have to use a spoon... or better yet - a fork!

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Place all ingredients (liquids first) into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Depending on your blender, this may require you to stop blending momentarily to mix the ingredients with a spoon.

Yummy! Looks nice too. DD (toddler) loved it topped with whipped cream!! I used freshly squeezed orange juice, not nonfat yogurt but Balkan (thick) yogurt therefore I added a little extra juice and it was fork edible lol. We ate it with a spoon. I used creamed honey to taste with frozen whole strawberries that at first seemed like they were going to break my blender. I'd like try this again with another kind of frozen berries.

This was so good and easy. I made the mistake of using fresh strawberries therefor it wasn't very cold, but I just added a few ice cubes and all was good. :) Made for Comfort Cafe 09 Event.
