Made a chocolate cake but had no frosting. Had only about thirty minutes to make one and get the cake to its final destination.....thus this recipe was born.
- Place all ingredients in a micro-safe bowl.
- Heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Heat another 30 seconds.
- Remove and stir altogether. Repeat another 30 seconds if your microwave has not melted ingredients. More than that might burn the ingredients.
- Cool slightly and spread on cake. This will stay soft and sticky.
