Directions

  1. Bake potatoes in a 375-degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
  2. When cool, split lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out insides, leaving the shell.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine insides of potatoes, milk, butter and salt.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Place equal amounts of potato mixture back into shells.
  7. Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese on top.
  8. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

These were delicious & a perfect mate to our BBQ'd steak! I added some chopped green onions to the potato mixture - otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Thanx William!

William these were so easy to make and we loved then. Lately I love fast recipes and these were perfect. I also frozen 2 potatoes and defrosted, warmed then a week later. They turned out perfect as well. Thanks so much for such an easy recipe.
