Yummy Smoothie!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
  • 14 cup frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cups unsweetened frozen peach slices
  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup small ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. In blender, combine soy milk and juice concentrate; add peach slices and banana. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
