  1. Mix flour with salt, paprika, and pepper.
  2. Coat the fish.
  3. In skillet, saute the onion in butter for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove onions and set aside.
  5. Add fish to skillet; cook on med for 5 minutes each side.
  6. Remove to a serving platter.
  7. Add sour cream, basil, and the onions to skillet, heat through.
  8. Serve over the fish.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
